If you feel the time is right for your first "attempt* at having sexual intercourse that's okay, but take note of how the word attempt is highlighted. Sexual intercourse is spurred on by the passion within which tempts the beginner to make an attempt. What does "attempt" mean? It means challenge, make an effort or in more understanding terms - have a go. Remember people who attempt something new regardless of it connected to sex or not, are not always successful attempts. If you mess up you may become despondent over being a failure. You are not a failure, failing to accomplish only rises from insufficient knowledge and preparation. Being aware of the facts will help matters considerably. Is it the actual build up (initiation) that worries you, if so, stop worrying because everything will fall into place. It just comes natural. None the less still what comes naturally should be organized and prepped beforehand.

The right time for sexual intercourse will only ever be the right time when two consenting people agree that it is. Last minute doubts concerning flesh contact with the opposite sex tells you different.

Is there a right or wrong way to have sexual intercourse? There is no right way to have sex. One matter of importance is, no matter the advice given from a third party although delivered with best of intentions, should be ignored. Sex is conducted by people in different ways and should you follow the system of someone else's sex routine could result in your first sexual experience being a disaster, – and furthermore, the real you will not be performing. Different people like different things. No matter how many times you've had sex it is unpredictable each time. Pleasurable sex depends on finding out the things you both like and feel comfortable doing. If this is your first time and you are a virgin (female) you may have little pain caused when the hymen breaks. Some girls may bleed slightly when this happens. The hymen is a small piece of thin skin which acts as a protection barrier which reaches across the opening of the vagina. It has gaps in to allow for blood to pass through at the time of menstrual cycle.

Foreplay

Sexual excitement normally shows the physical sign of the pelvic thrust. The more intimate a couple gets the stronger the urge. At this point of arousal the vagina moistens while the penis stiffens. The lead up before penis penetration is called "foreplay" Without foreplay some women have a problem with getting sexually aroused therefore resulting in a dry vagina. This can make it difficult for the penis to enter the vagina. It is easiest if the penis is guided into the vagina with the hand so not to miss the target (It happens) Once penetration is complete both parties will in rhythm with one another - go in out or up down. Synchronized movement leads to an orgasm (climaxing.)  Foreplay is essential for those who struggle to reach an orgasm through sexual intercourse alone. Both partners can learn from foreplay. It helps determine what turns you and your partner on. Kissing, touching, caressing talking, fantasizing and oral sex are all facets of foreplay. Whether you are male or female; foreplay performed on one gender should be reciprocated therefore pleasure for both. Each other's sexual likes and dislikes should be discussed.

Sexual Positions

The missionary position is ideal for the first time. Missionary style is where the man locates himself on top of the woman or vice versa. Trying different sexual positions is the way to find out what feels good and what doesn't. It is good to experiment. Keep sex positions varied, this will keep boredom out of the bedroom. Why not consider sitting down, standing up face to face or lying side on to each other (spooning.) If there is pain or discomfort while trying out different positions – then stop because obviously these signs' say that something is not right.

Orgasm

Not everyone will climax (orgasm) when having sex; this does not indicate the sex is not good. Never the less the true reason is to be sent into ecstasy .Clitoral stimulation is the most common way to have an orgasm. This can happen in the course of sex, or from your partner's touch or masturbation.

You must find a place where you can have sexual intercourse without interruption. Fear of intrusion can hamper your performance. Choose a low traffic area with a door that locks. Avoid places like the kitchen or living room. Sexual intercourse in the back seat of a car is a no go. Not only is it unromantic it is uncomfortable too. Comfrort ensures pleasure. Remember nothing kills the mood faster than being asked to step out of the car half naked by the boys in blue. Sexual intercourse quite simply explained is when an erect penis is inserted inside the vagina. Can a girl become pregnant the first time she has sexual intercourse? Yes, most definitely. Use a condom to help prevent catching a sexually transmitted disease (STD) and avoid pregnancy. Remember there are heavy penalties for those indulging in underage sex. Different countries have different laws on the age of consent – so make sure to check this out.

There is no true ideal age to start having sex. What matters is whether it is the right time for you. There are ways in which you can give and receive sexual pleasure without having sexual intercourse. Assessment of all the implications of having sex can be a useful in helping you arrive at a decision to have your first sexual encounter. Take things slow. Forget the octopus act. Fumbling can cause embarrassment for both. Start out with a kiss and continue kissing with breathers in between lip contact. Don't be too forward - no one likes to feel rushed or pressurized.

Take your partner from sitting position and gently lay them down. Once both of you are in the lay down position everything is lined up perfectly for the next step – which is to satisfy and be satisfied.
