Method
1. Clean counter top or large glass board by coating the surface with olive oil.
2. Blend ingredients together and boil in a saucepan.
3. Simmer mixture until sugar reaches approx 250F for 10 mins. The mixture is prone to burning so keep a watchful eye.
4. Pour mixture onto the oiled surface.
5. Once cool and before it sets, mold it into a ball and place in an airtight container and store in a cool place. When ready to use, break off a chunk and heat in microwave until warm (20-30 seconds) and soft, so it becomes pliable in your hands.
