How To Tighten Your Vagina - Is Your Loose Vagina Truly Slack? Or Is It Just Big

Whatever the reason is for you thinking you have a loose vagina will have to be verified before you actually believe this to be really true. Some girls may have been told this by their partner when having sexual intercourse, and seriously upset them self over the matter. Hey hold up a minute mister, can the problem not lie with you, meaning "small" penis. Little willies will always have the vagina seem big or loose. Cause of a loose vagina and one that can prove to be true is, after a woman has given birth.

Some women who notice change in vagina size after having a baby - become embarrassed and shy away from having sex. This is not a solution and also not an action that will be welcomed by your spouse.

Okay it is an embarrassing issue, but you still need to discuss any concerns with your GP if a tight vagina is to be achieved. Your doctor is the one to say whether the problem of a loose vagina is truly the problem. If you wish to please your partner speak with him first because he may like a loose vagina. You will never know if you do not ask. Have you heard of Kegel exercises, if not then this is an ideal course of therapy to strengthen pelvic floor muscles that may have stretched during childbirth? Kegel helps better sexual pleasure by making muscles stronger and more elastic. The exercises control bladder tone and prevent urine leakage. Although capable of strengthening vital muscles, Kegel routines cannot make the vagina smaller but they can however tighten the opening.

Kegel exercises:

If you have avidly followed Kegel exercises and no improvement then you may want to try another method.

Once never really heard of, but very popular now, are vaginal cones. Cones are weighted, tampon-sized gadgets inserted into the vagina and held there. A set of cones vary in weight. Lightest cone is inserted first which the muscles squeeze to hold in place - done twice daily, for fifteen minutes. Once comfortable with cone insertion and you manage to keep it in place - move on to the next i.e. heavier, working up to the heaviest.

Electrical stimulation tells you how it works in its name. It is a method used with a probe. The probe is placed into the vagina and begins stimulating the muscles of the pelvic floor with an electric current, which has the muscles contract and relax. Treatments are carried out every one to four days. Sessions are quite quick - lasting approx 20 minutes.

Neocontrol is treatment using a specially devised chair that uses magnetic fields to stimulate the muscles of the pelvic floor. Neocontrol treatment is usually performed in an urologist's office. A specially trained nurse will carry out the process which normally takes 20 - 30 minutes. This may require regular attendance for about eight weeks. If you're at your wits end and tried every trick in the book to repair vaginal stretching then surgery maybe suggested. As with all operations risks are involved. Make sure this is what you want.

Having a loose vagina is not strongly connected to young girls (although known) because they haven't yet been 'loosened up' by age, childbirth, or anything else that causes them to lose what is referred to as the 'honeymoon fit'. Is it myth or fact that a tight vagina increases a man's ego by making him feel he has a much larger than average penis. We can ask the bloke this question - but we all know the answer.

A long time ago 2,000 years to be exact some women discovered a way of preventing the vagina from aging. These women married rich and powerful men, some into royalty. Of course for them to hold onto status and provide good sex was to have a tight young-looking vagina. This gave them advantage over other women, thus holding onto their man. The discovery was virgin cream. Its abilities included tightening the vagina. It increased a woman's sexual desire along with slowing down the menopausal process. It increased intensity, frequency and quality of orgasms. It gave back natural vaginal elasticity - color and a young appearance! It may sound too good to be true but for those who believe - below are the ingredients

Virgin Cream is 100% safe and natural and based on a secret herbal formula. Primary ingredient is Aleppo Oak Gall which is rich in tannin, tannic acid, antioxidant, vitamins (mainly Vitamin A and C), calcium, iron, fiber, protein and carbohydrates. It contains astringent, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidants. Women who have given birth use oak gall because its high tannin content stimulates the contraction of the abdominal, uterine and vaginal muscles. Applying virgin cream is no different from other cream an gel applications.

First time use of virgin cream will have you apply to the vagina twice daily for 5 days. Thereafter, once a day and on alternate days for maintenance till desired tightness is complete. Some women use an hour before having sex to experience tightness. Virgin Cream should not be used at the time of menstruation or if you are pregnant?

There are no known side effects unless you are allergic to the ingredients. As like any treatment or solutions there are the "dos" and "don`ts." Make sure to "do" as instructed and "don`t" step over the line believing the more cream the more tightness.

Thanks Ronyae. The reason I write on such matters is because it is a matter that women worry over - and sometimes afraid to personally talk to people about. These particular women feel more at ease reading about vaginal issues, however they should always see their GP if they are reading this.

Have a nice day Ronyae

After having my second baby, i have a deep cut on my vagina which affected my anus, whenever am defecating sometimes it comes through my vaginal. My husband has a huge manhood which means he is really big but when we are in bed it does not fit, my vagina is now wide open. Can i get an advice from you as this has been of a worry to me, my baby is now 3years yet my vagina is not tight. Pls im in problem your candid advice would help me.

Hi there, not to panic this is not unheard of the matter of feces coming from the vagina, however the stories I have heard regarding this had nothing to do with a cut. You seem to have a problem that only a doctor will have the answer to. It wouldn't be so bad if we were dealing with just vaginal tightness if his manhood doesnt fit. Its seems to be much more than that and this is why a doctor should take a look.

This obvioulsy is causing you stress and that is understandable. I wish it were a case where I could advise you to bathe along with other normal suggestions etc but this is not going to help. My advice is to pop along to your doctor. The quicker the problem is diagnosed the quicker you will get better. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but its hard to say what it is without seeing the problem. I would love for you to come back and let me no the true problem
Keep well

hi after having my baby 4 years ago my vagina has not been the same it got very wide and sometimes i dont enjoy sex could u give me some advice please...
» left by Kacy Carr 1 year 108 days ago.
Hi there if you say since you had your baby that something isn't right, then it won't be because you know your own body, and how it should function

If things are aren't the way they should be down below then of course it will interfere with sex and the way you think, as in causing stress in a lot of cases. There are exercises that can be done to help tighten vaginal muscles, however if the looseness you experience is not something exercise can put right, then its worth talking to your doctor who can further investigate why things are the way they are and correct the problem

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful

Keep well
