Is having too much sex unhealthy. Well you`ve heard that saying "a little of what you fancy will do you good," well if this be true then why would too much of this "fancy" I fancy, be bad for me. Also "too much of a good thing may not be so good after all." Is there any reason why we all get so confused? Let the now confused minds focus on what the real truth is. What is considered a safe amount of times for having sexual intercourse?
The healthy and unhealthy sex facts or the good bad sex, if you like.
1. Sex is an obligation
Sex is a choice
2. Sex is a condition for love or devoid of love
Sex is an expression of love
3. Sex is "doing to" someone
Sex is sharing with someone; sex is part of who I am
4. Sex is secretive
Sex is private and personal
5. Sex has no limits
Sex has boundaries
Healthy sex involves the mindful, positive expression of our sexual energy in ways that improves self-esteem, physical health, and poignant relationship. It is mutually beneficial and harms no one. Should mutual not be included in any sexual goings on, then this is breaking the law and the abuser could go to prison for a long time. Sex should be consenting for both people regardless of gender.
As with everything that happens in our lives, there are always the downsides and sex is not exempt. Sadly, a bad experience of sex for some people comes back to haunt them for the rest of their lives leaving them dependant on medication. People are treated as sex objects and sex is often exposed as a form of authority and control over another person. From this we find the answer to some traumatic occurrences why people suffered and became victim to tragic mischanneled sexual energy, such as sexual abuse, obsessive sexual behaviors, sexual manipulation, venereal diseases, unwanted pregnancy, and/or chronic sexual unhappiness. More often than not, those abused at an early age - find it hard to couple with the opposite sex later in life. In contrast we do have the strong that manage to clear past thoughts and enjoy a healthy sexual lifestyle.
In the United States research showed.
- 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men are sexually abused.
- 1 in 4 females have been a victim of rape.
- 1 in 4 US citizens will have an STD.
- 1 in 2 US females will have had an abortion.
- 1 in 5 females and 1 in 10 males say no sexual pleasure they receive from having sex.
Education needs to vary to help the young come forward and help the mature to overcome their problems caused by past nasty sexual happenings - so they can go on to experience healthy sexual intimacy with a partner. If you have no health concerns of seriousness like heart problems which may endorse restrictions on activity - then there should be no problem with having as much sexual intercourse you want, if you have the energy that it is.
They say love is a misunderstanding between two fools, however if these two fools want to pretend it will make the love making more meaningful.
