Are you familiar with words like bosom and knockers, if so then you`re aware they are slang words which relate to women's breasts? Is there any more sayings, yes, however unsuitable for the ears? It`s not words that upset women it is how their boobs look. What is it what women want? Yes firm and shapely breasts. It is alarming to see the amount of women that avoid pregnancy because the odds of them developing saggy boobs after giving birth, is high.
The female breasts are made up of fatty or adipose tissue, so size is normally determined by the actual build of a woman - like how fat/thin she is. The muscles located directly under the breasts are called the pectorals which are partly responsible for firmness. So doing pectoral exercises will see half the battle won. Although aware of the dangers involved with plastic surgery - it does not deter women. This is unfortunate when there are safer ways to do this. Firm your breasts sensibly and safely doing exercise. Depending on the exact problem which is the issue will determine the type of appropriate exercise for you to follow as the solution.
There are several exercise types for shaping and firming the breasts. For uplift and steady you need to direct your attention to exercises specifically for pectoral muscles. No matter your yearning for nice shaped firm breasts, you must never do other than suggested in an exercise workout, or start exercise without medical advice. If you want positive results you need time to dedicate to your exercises. Remember, although fabulous exercises for toning, shaping and firming they do not increase the size of your breasts. Women said they felt mislead and became despondent, well now that you know clarifies the confusion.
Below a simple straight forward exercise to do in the comfort of your home to firm your breasts. Exercise consists of 1-3, 8-15 rep sets of each move, 2-3 times a week. Not a lot to ask for sturdy boobs without any risk to your health.
Home Exercise
Lay flat on your belly and bend your knees, make sure you are comfortable before this is done, now cross ankles. Bend your elbows and place your palms onto the floor a little to the side and in front of your shoulders. Keep relaxed and never rush exercise, speed does not ensure rapid firmness. Once elbows are in suggested position on the floor you then need to straighten the arms and lift the body so you are balanced on both palms of your hands and knees. Stop right away if you feel pain throughout an exercise. When balanced on all fours rest your chin a few inches inwards to your chest so your forehead is facing the floor. At the same time squeeze your abdominals.
Pectoral Exercise
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent. In each hand hold a can of beans or similar. With your arms by your side, raise your forearms upwards until straight, while elbows stay on the floor. Make sure you have tight grip of your makeshift weights and push them up until your arms are above your shoulders, with your palms facing away from you. Don't lock your elbows or lift your shoulder blades. Tense stomach muscles and droop chin inwards to your chest. Hold, then lower the 'weights' until elbows rest on the floor. This will prove very beneficial if you can find the time to do this at least ten times daily.
There will be them days when you may find it hard to get up and go, but you really need to motivate yourself if firming the breasts is to be successful. If simple and safe is not the method for you - and you want breast surgery then make every effort to find all that is involved with cosmetic surgery. Are your boobs no longer pert and firm due to loss of skin elasticity, gravity and other reasons such as weight loss, pregnancy and breast-feeding? Are you looking to shape and firm your breasts regardless of cost and maybe serious health risks, then surgery seems the only alternative.
A Breast Uplift (Mastopexy) removes excess skin to raise, reshape and firm the breast. The result is a shapelier breast contour. It is your best interest to ask as many questions so you not what you are letting yourself in for. Ask
- What does breast uplift surgery involve?
- How is breast uplift performed?
- What are the risks?
- How long the recovery period?
- How much will surgery cost for this?
- What does the aftercare include?
How is breast uplift surgery performed? Well specific preferences will entail specific techniques. To give an accurate definition is difficult unless the exact surgery is determined. For a clearer picture then a regular technique used for lifting the breasts involves three incisions:
- Around the nipple area (areola)
- Upright from the bottom edge of the areola to the crease below the breast
- Horizontally below the breast, following the natural curve of the breast crease
Are there any risks? Most definitely but reassuringly, rarely do complications rise from this type of surgery.? What of the aftercare stage from having breast uplift surgery? As like most surgeries there is normally a show of swelling and bruising to the skin. The recovery period should have you rest and avoid bending and lifting. Sleep on your back to avoid pressure on your breasts. Wear a support bra until the swelling subsides. There is nothing that will affect your new shape of breasts for a long time other than that of gaining weight or becoming pregnant,
Even authors have this problem; however with the help of my bosom buddy i.e. a comfortable fitting good support bra excuses me from exercise and the possibility of cosmetic surgery going wrong.
