What do they mean by pregnancy risks? The word risk refers to something dangerous, a word we all know of and will do anything to evade being in a situation that involves it. Anything that is capable of damaging a person`s health is risky business and needs to be avoided. Pregnancy risks include particular things that cause you serious suffering throughout your pregnancy, and depending on what they are they could be fatal. - Visit your dentist regular.
- Stop cleaning out the cat litter tray because you can pick up a nasty bug.
- Rest when you`re tired and don`t overdo things.
- Drink plenty of water daily.
- Join prenatal yoga classes. The benefits are great for the mind and body and you get to meet other mums-to-be.
- Recap on safety. Remember the signs of premature labour so you`re ready if this was to happen. It will also stop you from panicking because you know what is happening and what to expect.

Specific foods - It is vital to eat a healthy diet while pregnant for the baby`s growth and to keep your body in a fit shape to help adapt to body changes, however some foods can be damaging in pregnancy like peanuts, under-cooked eggs and blue-vein cheeses.
