Perfect Body - What Body Part Do Men Find Most Attractive & Sexiest? Is It Breasts Bum Or Face?

Perfect woman's body, what's that I ask? The human body is supposedly said to be the most beautiful thing you could look at. I would like to know whose naked body this proposal was based upon, certainly not mine I can assure you. On seeing myself in the mirror which I hasten to add I don't do much is because I disagree with what they say. Or could I be evading the truth that my body just looks downright ugly.

Are boobs (breasts) supposed to rest on the belly? Is the bum supposed to sag near to the back of the knees? And what if you don't have a double chin, but have three. And then there's the flabby skin at the top of the arms you could easily mistake for wings. If these are all part of what we call the perfect body then as a person I must be one of the most desirable sexy women you could meet with a body to die for.

There is no 'perfect' woman's body, because everyone has their own opinion about it. Perfection is relative. Although women long to have the perfect body, it is usually the men that want their women to have all the curves in the right place. How can a woman go forth to attain the perfect body to please their man, if they don't know where the curves he desires should be.

Some men might prefer women a little bit on the chunky side, with a pot belly, beefy thighs and medium-to-large breasts. And then we have blokes whose perfect woman is petite with a flat chest, or tall and athletic looking. Sometimes it's not the perfect body men go for that first attracts them to a woman, it's her face. On having asked some guys why they never considered the breasts, bum or legs as sexy before that of the face, they simply replied, that within a woman's face you could see many facets of her personality. For instance: How she smiles when she is happy. How her eyes sparkle when she looks at you, or how they open wide with surprise. Most of these guys said that when a woman gave them a seductive look it drove them wild before that of the bum wiggle. Each to their own on what turns them on, but I do believe that the swaying butt is enough for any red hot blooded male to get all sweaty under the collar, or below the belt.

Because we have no evident proof of what the perfect body looks like, is it really enough to go off men's opinions. No it's not because each man differs in what he evaluates as perfection. The solution is to ignore the issue of men and direct what "you" see as perfect and work on that. For most women it's about getting back into shape, losing weight if they are fat, firming up their breasts if they sag, getting rid of wrinkles if they have them, or to have a firm bottom. Another important factor is to bring your inner beauty out. No man can honestly say the well groomed healthy looking woman who is slim but not skinny and looking naturally beautiful, cannot be classed in the category of being near to perfect. No one's perfect even the one who is most likely to pass judgment on size and looks.

If you have a tendency to eat unhealthy foods, then there are various body parts where the fat sticks, and we all know these areas girls, yes it's the thighs and waist. To reduce the waist there are exercises you can do to trim and slim the belly bulge. You need to be persistent for results if you want to restructure your waistline to the measurement you require.

Swimming, jogging and walking are exercises which help strengthen the cardio muscles of the butt and also the waist to some extent. Lie on your belly, bend your knees and cross your ankles. Bend your elbows and put your hands on the floor a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders. Straighten your arms and lift your body so you're balanced on all fours. Tuck your chin a few inches toward your chest so your forehead faces the floor. Tense your abdominals. Bend your elbows and lower your body. Lower until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Push back up.

You don't have to be alone while trying to get what you see as the perfect body. Working out with other women looking to get in shape is a great way to stay motivated and make friends. A high-energy aerobics class will help burn fat but best for the bum is a step aerobics class. Spinning and legs, bums and tums are also good classes to firm the bum. Call into your local fitness centre and ask for advice on how to lose weight, and to what are the best exercises for you do to tone or trim your body.

Step one leg forward by about a foot.

Place your hands on your hips, bend your legs and lower yourself until your back knee nearly touches the floor. Stop if you feel pain.

Tighten your bum muscles throughout the exercise. Repeat 20 times on each leg.

My advice is to eat healthy foods and to exercise. Doing this will save you time where at one time you might have had to cover up, or cover over some things that were letting you're appearance down. If you look and feel good then you have an appearance which will portray the "perfect woman" that you are, so forget the perfect body because perfect woman speaks greater volumes.
