Sweaty Balls - I have a red rash on my bum and after doing everything I possibly can to clear it, the rash is still spreading. What am I doing wrong? This is an all time familiar question we hear regularly; in fact the matter of reddened bums, itchiness and soreness around the genitals in both male and female is quite common. You may well have tried every trick in the book to clear up your rash covering the cheeks of your bottom, but treating a condition that isn't the true problem is likely the reason why the red rash is still continuing to spread around your bum, or in the crack of it. Using improper medication or taking another person's tablets is not something even to be considered no matter how much you pain.

To quickly cure a rash around the anus, penis, testicles or vagina is to look towards its possible cause for developing. When an exact prognosis is made then the proper cream/medicine will soothe irritated skin and eventually rid the red bum rash. Depending on severity and causes will have treatments vary?

The usual explanation given for anal rash is heavy sweating. Some patients tell of other symptoms like, brownish color liquid coming from their anus, or their inflammation is spreading towards their crotch. The brownish liquid could be a result of sweat mixed with blood. This can happen if anal skin is torn through scratching. Nonetheless if you believe this not the case in your case then consult your GP. It's a perfectly natural response to worry seeing change of this sort or even panic, however not normally a major concern.

Conditions that affects the genitals that might reason an itchy bum

Tinea is a fungal infection found in body parts that's sweaty and warm such as the groin, armpits and anus. If you're a regular sufferer of a sweaty bum and find at times you sweat more copiously due to certain circumstances, then you're bottom will become slimier worsening the condition. Every person whose had a condition that included an itchy bum will at some time have experienced them so called embarrassing moments, and we've all have had them, so don't try and deny it. In an attempt to avoid stressful times as such, people evade being around other folk, leave the company or room there in just to have a minute with their anus alone - need I spell it out.

Ringworm of the groin (tinea cruris) is a fungal skin infection of the groin but can affect the scrotum too. The actual fungi responsible for infection (dermatophytes) can be separated into a collection of 3 sets.

If there's a suspected groin infection then most likely accountable fungi is, anthropophile the type that favors humans.

Self help

Generally just keeping the genital area scruptiously clean is usually enough to help prevent tinea cruris. You need to wash your bum/vagina every day and dry the skin thoroughly. If necessary during the day swill the genitals, or freshen up with wet flannels or wet wipes. These are handy to carry on your personal. Change clothes daily, especially boxers (underpants) and panties.

Tinea cruris is treatable. Nevertheless failure to alter something's that triggers the condition will leave you under threat of repeat episodes. The condition is normally treated with anti fungal cream successfully, or cured with antifungal oral medication. Similar to taking antibiotics, specific treatments for Tinea cruris may have to be continued long after the red bum rash has gone, to minimize the risk of recurrence. Avoid scratching an itch not only at the time of suffering, but while in the process of treating.

Another condition that brings bum rash is the dreaded Jock Itch which I can't tell you much about other than the information provided above, as Jock itch is in medical terms, called Tinea Cruris.

Do you suffer from sweaty balls? (Testicles) "Sorry" for the sharpness in my way with words, but every man with sweaty testicles deserves to get the help they need. When I say sweaty balls I know it sounds crude but to men crudes not considered, and neither is blushing. Men look after their testicles as if they were "GOLD." When have you ever heard a guy shout out in pain "I've been kicked in the testicles" before that of "I've been kicked in the balls, and "golden" ones at that? When men look for help there's a possibility they'll find this information purely because they used the word balls instead of testicles. In regards to my apology I take it back because its men that use harsh words and not me, I'm the fall guy in all this. Nonetheless if what you read makes your balls better, "Oops" then I'm all for helping while saying sorry at the same time.

The Best Way to Stop Testicles Becoming to Sweaty

Skin of the scrotum is sensitive so avoid using antiperspirant. Don't spray the genitals with scented products to conceal genital odor because you create a sweet but sickly smell with both scents mixed (Sweaty and flowery.) Treat mild vaginal or scrotum odor with warm water. There are products purposely created for treating the genitals for whatever reason, but in the process of doing so can cause complications like itchiness and burning down below. Yes I know what you're thinking how can something specifically made for treating the privates possibly affect them this way...quite easily due to the different types of skin. This is why it's of the utmost importance for instructions on all product packaging is followed correctly

Even when your body's at its cleanest and most fresh after bathing/showering, the groin normally sweats up faster than other body parts. Have your bath/shower water cool to help keep sweating to a minimum. Sprinkle talcum powder around the anus and on the inside of your thighs. Be cautious as not to allow foreign agents enter the anus or vagina. Creams, ointments or lotion should only be applied on the inside of the vagina or anus under GP orders.

Under garments made out of cotton is your best bet to wear

Boxer shorts may be comfortable; however because of looseness it doesn't help the problem. Instead, wear a more secure pair of shorts or briefs (not to tight.) These will prevent the scrotum from touching the insides of your thighs or rubbing.

Avoid shaving around the testicles. While this might help lower the amount of sweat, it will also increase the chafing of the skin.

Pay more attention to this area when washing. Bacteria and sweat will need more than one quick lathering Wash after exercise so irritation doesn't occur. Bum rash with a persistent itch may need medical attention

Word of advice for overall health is, if you're obese, drink too much alcohol and smoke cigarettes then you're asking for trouble. Start now and re-evaluate your lifestyle and make a few changes for a better healthy you
