Footballer David Beckhams wife Victoria Beckham is in a state of shock over a loss and that loss being £350,000. It has been revealed that former Spice girls member Posh Spice has been left distraught after £350,000 worth of dresses from her personal fashion collection named after the fashion icon were stolen in a raid at knife-point.
Two robbers tailed the van carrying the cargo worth thousands of pounds from Victoria Beckhams management office in West London. It's a lot a money to lose but to the Beckhams its only pennies, so why the big fuss. I can relate to the upset but she has to look at it this way that he or any other member of her family was not on board at the time of the attack.
Apparently when the driver stopped to deliver other goods he returned to find all security locks on the van smashed. The thieves in that short space of time had nabbed a couple of large boxes containing WAG Victoria Beckhams eponymous spring/summer collection of dresses. Although the driver acted heroically to save the day or should I say save the dresses he was lucky to get away with his life. People kill for less than £350,000 and in some unfortunate cases killed for fun and not for money. The driver of the van was left bruised and shocked after the robbers scuffled and brought him to the ground. And that was where he stayed until safe to get up on his feet. No one should argue when face to face with a knife.
When we have big names like that of Victoria Beckham, Cheryl Cole, Brittney Spears and more with a unique style and that people want you are talking a huge amount of money to be made on the black market if sold on to people wanting the wares.
Posh Spice (VB) is reportedly hoping that the spring/summer order can be remade to hit the deadline in time to hit shop floors. When you have millions in the bank like the Beckhams then you needn't hope because money talks. That collection will meet its deadline mark my words.
Victoria Beckham was already big in the world of fashion before becoming a fashion designer in her own right. Young's girls doted on the pop singers "ways and wears" and followed suit. I have just been watching a slide show of some of her past designs, and present that all the stars are wearing who is a huge fan of VB, and to be honest I am not at all impressed. Losing her collection may not be a bad thing. I think maybe those bandits have done us all a huge a favor preventing us from dressing up in her clothes and making ourselves a sight for sore eyes. It is obvious her status has got her to the level she is at. There was a time if you think about it that Vicky before she was famous for her own fashion was wearing someone else's fashion. And then she hit the big time and had hundreds of thousands of young girls follow in her footsteps. So it was not really her fashion they were following. And then Becky takes advantage of this to make millions of pounds to add to the millions she already has
I am not knocking Victoria Beckham for who she is and what she has a accomplished, but I know there are many young designers with better more creative fashion ideas and talented but get nowhere because they didn't sing with the Spice girls and neither did they marry David Beckham.
Not blowing my own trumpet here but I your average Joe Blogs who left school with no qualifications and know nothing of design would give the great supposedly fashion designer with supposedly talent a run for her money any day. I have thousands of designs covering wedding dresses, tattoo designs, sports-wear, sexy lingerie, hat designs and much more to designing Kiddies book covers and writing them. I have also developed and designed a board game which could have me as many millions in the bank as you.
It's no use crying over spilt milk; just thank your lucky stars that no one was hurt in the attack. It annoys me to see the likes of Victoria Beckham, "who" doesn't have to worry where the next meal is coming from crying over the loss of £350,000 worth of VB jeans and dress designs. Where's the variety, it's not as if you are losing a lot, and what's more should my efforts be lost, and talking in monetary units then I stand to lose around £3.50 for the cost of paper used, and you don't hear me crying, nonetheless I may unlike you might worry about if the family get to eat tonight.
