What does sex drive mean? Quite simply it means a physiological need for sexual activity. So what happens if the desire for a bit of rough and tumble has completely gone? Thats easy to answer; you look for the reason why your member is not rising to the occasion, or if you're a woman then why you find making the bed more pleasing than that of getting pleasured while in it.
There can be many reasons why people have a low libido but most common is stress. Working yourself into the ground can leave you tired and weak where you won't have time to think about sex let alone practice it. Stress is a guaranteed passion killer end of story.

Yoga is fabulous for getting in touch with your body and mind. If you're feeling uptight you need to relax. Soak in a sudsy bath with a glass of wine. Read a book or do other, as long as its relaxing. Now think about setting aside time for you and your partner and its likely the burning desire for sex will come flooding back before you have time to strip naked.

If anything can damage a persons sex drive its alcohol. Too much will have sex stay in the mind and thats not what you want. In one lay off the booze: A glass or two of wine or beer to help get in the mood is fine, but there are limits so abide by them. If there is more to this than just one night on the binge and alcohol is a problem for either partner in the relationship then you may need help. Sex can only be passionate and fulfilling if both people are sober so don't let booze spoil the moment.
The low libido and self-esteem (Confidence)
Sex is a physical activity between two people, and for both man and woman to enjoy the romp they need to both come out from under the sheets satisfied. What we get up to under the duvet cover has a lot to do with confidence. Having no confidence can have you seriously fluff up the experience.
Are you a guy lacking sexual confidence when in the company of women? You're not to let this get to you. The more you worry the more it will hold you back. Do you worry about things like how to satisfy you're sexual partner? Well don't you'll end up making yourself sick ,or end up projecting a nervous attitude towards sex?

Try not to get worked up as this can rub off on the woman causing her to become nervous too. Get it in your head that sex is a completely natural part of any relationship. Keep this in mind and it will help calm your nerves and you're likely to show an unstoppable amount of sexual confidence.
