Lily Allen is pregnant. The singer is said to be ecstatic over the news given by her doctor that she and her boyfriend Sam Cooper are to become parents. Allen is said to be more than overjoyed after learning she is expecting her first baby.
The "Smile" singer has been in a relationship with painter/decorator Sam Cooper since last summer. Lily Allen over the past months has made no attempt to hide her dating the father of her baby from the public, and was open on many occasions about her desire to settle down and start a family with the guy she fell in love with.
Allen's dreams of motherhood have finally come true. She told those close to her about her pregnancy at the weekend following her three month scan. She wanted to be sure that everything was fine with the baby before springing the news on friends and family
Singer Lily Allen denied speculation she was expecting in May after she was pictured apparently sporting a baby bump as she strolled through the capital. What is wrong with these girls this isn't something you can hide, anyhow it's all out in the open now, and everyone is expected to celebrate the good news
Allen's pregnancy announcement comes two years after she sadly had a miscarriage in 2008 while dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.
The singer tends to put her career on hold this year to concentrate on other projects, including the launch of a new clothing store she has had planned for a while now, and a record label. Let's hope the other project's she speaks about has something to do with raising a baby.
Congratulations to Lily Allen and Sam Cooper on their news of having a baby together. Now, she really has something to "smile" about.
