No one can argue that without food you will die, but then no one can argue that you can also die from eating it, of course for this to happen would depend on the type of food, and how much of it is eaten.
Take junk food for instance which in no time will see you bang on the weight so fast, and the next thing you know everyone is calling you fatty. Obesity kills so it is best to avoid bad foods that make you fat and do not protect you against disease.
Bad foods
Just because something looks nice to eat does not mean it is made of healthy ingredients, and nether a guarantee that it will taste pleasant. Presentation sells, however never judge the book by the cover when choosing food. It is the taste and goodness from a meal that counts.
Ten foods you must not to give into temptation. Although the list below might have one of your favourite belly fillers included, it does not mean you can never eat it again; it is merely a pointer to make you aware that too much of that particular food can upset a healthy diet and add on the pounds.
Fried puddings
If you're looking to keep in shape and the weight down then do yourself a big favour and reject food fried in fat. If you have a sweet tooth and the sort of person likely to scoff a fried dessert to hinge the craving try eating a piece of fruit instead. Fried puddings have to be one of the worst foods you can eat if you are watching your weight and wanting to stay healthy.
Food covered in batter and maybe already high in sugar, and then lobbed into a pot of boiling fat, is enough to tell anyone to ease up. I have to agree that it may be hard to resist pineapple and banana fritters, but again dangerous foods for anyone wanting to lose weight. Battered fruit fritters as such come in sugary syrup so be strong and have the fruit fresh without the dressing.
Pork scratchings
Be careful when eating the deep fried salty pieces of pig skin if you value your teeth, and want to keep your figure. They are that hard you could end up breaking a tooth or losing one while biting into them. If you are fortunate you may get one that is soft, but there is great chance that is because you have just bitten into a piece of fat.
Cheesy fries
Chips or fries you have to be sensible with. Both types of eats are considered bad in any diet, but they get worse if you coat them in cheese. Cheese contains over 10 times as much saturated fat as fish and white meat and paired with deep fried carbs, then a serving of cheesy chips can cause real problems.
Liquid meals
Alright, maybe not as bad for you as some of the other foods that are on the list, but liquid meals or meal-replacement drinks can side track you from getting a healthy meal down you. It is vital to eat whole natural foods so you get the essential nutrients inside you. Meal replacements are usually an alternative for people who are sick and find it difficult to eat solids. These people have no choice but you do, so eat properly.
Fizzy soda
Fizzy drinks like lemonade and cherryade, or whatever else Ade, are bad. Fizzy pop has a great amount of calories even in small quantities, so you are adding to your daily calorie ration and getting little nutritional value back just because you thirst. Water is the better option in many ways. Research has connected fizzy soda to osteoporosis, tooth decay and heart disease. People who know of these risks tend to reach for diet pop instead. Okay, they are low in calories but because they can cause dental erosion they too are best avoided.
Alcopops
Cutting out alcohol altogether may prove to be hard for those who like a glass or two of beer, or wine. Some alcoholic beverages are worse than others and one to name is, alcopops. They have too many calories because they are packed with sugar and calorific alcohol. And not to mention full of colour and flavourings which make them a slight toxic snifter. Tip: the brighter the colour of the alcopop, the worse it is. Change your tipple to clear spirits with soda, or tonic, and say no to alcopops.
Doughnuts
Oh no not doughnuts! Yes doughnuts. Sticky jam or cream donuts are bad for the body. Doughnuts may upset blood-sugar balance, and give a quick upper followed by a slump and burn low, where within minutes you're hungry again. Doughnut lovers who hunger will reach for another doughnut, and then another till the bag they came in is empty, that is providing that not only one sticky donut was purchased. Who am I trying to kid, what is the chance of the donut dunker buying a single doughnut?
Processed meats
Be extra careful with food that comes out of a tin as most are not good for the body. Everyone loves bangers, but sausages and salamis are likely made from discarded bits of an animal churned up with fat and salt.
Chicken nuggets
Although adults love chicken nuggets so do little kids. Not all, but many parents if they visit an eatery with the kids will treat them to a plate of chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets that are not made from fillets should be taken off your menu. Nuggets are deep fat fried which brings us back to fried foods being no good for the body. If you find it difficult to refuse a piece of battered chicken, then go for a big portion (breast), because small fried pieces absorb more grease.
Tinned soups
I expect you're thinking why canned soup is listed, it is their salt-packing stealth that is the worry and folk need to be warned. Soup is thought of as healthy and good for you. The truth is, most tinned varieties are mega-high in salt. To get round this is simple make your own pot of soup or broth with healthy vegetables of your own choice.

We cannot live without food for sure. I'd say most of the processed food and convenience food isn't good for us. Would you say it's OK to very occasionally grab some of these foods; just don't make a habit of it? Thanks for writing. And thanks for commenting TOGMStay safeKacy
